Luxurious Apartment in Ponta Delgada, S. Miguel - It was built in 2003, with 140 square meters, a second floor apartment with elevator, luxurious, comfortable apartment offers room for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room with a balcony, one of the bedroom has a private bathroom.

It's very well situated in Ponta Delgada, the most important city of Azores. It is near the shopping center, Theatre, Whale Watching, Museum, the ocean, Botanical gardens; Antonio Borges and José do Canto, near restaurants, bars and night clubs. 5 minutes away from the beach.

Golf Information: The Verde Golf Country Club has two golf courses on the island that can be visited year-round located in Batalha (10 minutes by car) has 27 holes. The other course is located in Furnas (35 minutes by car) and it has 18 holes.

Ponta Delgada is a multi-faceted city, where tradition lives on with the contemporary and cosmopolitan, interpreted by the characteristic tranquillity of life on the Azores. PRICES AND RENTAL CONDITIONS

It's considered one day since the 12 hours until the 12 hours of the following day.
The price is 60€ in July and August, the other months is 55€ per day for 2 people. Each extra person is 10€ per day. Child up to 2 years don't pay.
The rental of the house is made on behalf of a person or couple duly identified.
In booking it will be paid 50% of the costs and the remaining (50%) to the arrival.
1 week mimimum rental.

Responsabilities:

The visitor compels to keep a conducive civic behavior to the preservation of the house and its involving one.
The filling of the apartment must be kept unbroken being its responsible visitor for its (good) maintenance.
