Casa do Canto is an excellent house and big house, offers room for up to 8 adults or more it has 4 bedrooms one of them is 35 square meters you only have to say how many people coming for us to prepare the rooms. It has classical furniture.

Casa do Canto has a covered patio that offers additional space for relaxing or if you wish to have a meal seeing the ocean and the mountains. It has a 1500 square meters of garden and car parking.

This holiday house is situated south west of the island of São Miguel, Azores, 17 Km from the airport, 19 Km from the main city of S. Miguel, 5 Km away from the termal springs Ferraria (in the ocean), about 10 minutes from the famous lakes of Sete Cidades and also the Mosteiros beach.

Golf information: The Verde Golf Country club has two golf courses on the island that can be visited year-round located in Batalha (30 minutes by car) has 27 holes. The other course is located in Furnas (55 minutes by car) and has 18 holes.

Casa do Canto holiday house is located in Candelária South west part of S. Miguel Azores. Its location on the flank of the Caldeira Sete Cidades allows for magnificent views to the Atlantic and to the village of Candelária. The Caldeira Sete Cidades, one of the most famous attractions of the Azores, is a 45 minutes hike from Casa do Canto away.

PRICES AND RENTAL CONDITIONS

It's considered one day since the 12 hours until the 12 hours of the following day.
The price is 60€ in July and August, the other months is 52€ per day for 2 people. Each extra person is 10€ per day. Child up to 2 years don't pay.
The rental of the house is made on behalf of a person or couple duly identified.
In booking it will be paid 50% of the costs and the remaining (50%) to the arrival.
1 week mimimum rental.

Responsabilities:

The visitor compels to keep a conducive civic behavior to the preservation of the house and its involving one.
The filling of the apartment must be kept unbroken being its responsible visitor for its (good) maintenance.
